Question: How thick is the overlay?
It can be from 0.25 in. to 0.5 in. thickness depending on the stamped pattern that the customer usually selects.
Question: How long does it typically take to install a Stamped Overlay?
About 5 days from start to finish.
Question: After the installation, how long before you can walk on the stamped overlay?
24hrs before you can walk on it and a full week before you can put on furniture. It will take a full 28-day to cure to its hardest state but 7 days for its initial cure time.
Question: Does your stamped overlay come with a warranty?
All of our materials come with a warranty. Our stamped overlay comes with a 2-year warranty against any bond failure. If it comes off for any reason, we will repair it at no charge both product and labor. The only exclusion is crack re-occurrence.
Question: What if my space is too small and I want to expand?

Question: What kind of maintenance is involved and how often should we reseal?
The sealer we use is a solvent-based clear acrylic sealer with about 25% solid contents and we recommend having it applied every two years.
Question: How durable are different stamped overlays?
They are all pretty much the same. The durability has more to do with the PSI strength of the material. Our stamped overlays have PSI strength of 6000-7000, which is stronger than your typical concrete poured on pool decks, patios, driveways and entryways with a standard of about 3500 PSI.
Question: Do I have to worry about discoloration?
There is no need to worry about stamped concrete color and texture distortion a few years down the line with overlays. The colors and textures used in the process are natural forms of metal oxides and inorganic components that can withstand various weather conditions and traffic. Furthermore, due to advancements in technology, the special manufacturing formula makes the texture unchangeable. In addition to its stand-out properties, it provides decades of service when properly cared for.
